PRICES
All of our prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST at the current rate.
 

PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards trough our secure payment processing  partners PayPal. No card details are held by us or byour website. Please note that we are unable to send our un order until paiments has been received and cleared.
 

CANCELLATIONS
An order cancellation may be made at any time prior to your order being processed. Please be aware that most orders are usually processed in 2 working days after day that they are made. Please notify us via email should you wish to cancel your order, quoting your reference number, name and address.
 

DELIVERY
Orders are normally sent out within 2-5 working days of the order being placed. Please be aware that the Australia Post will only hold Recorded items for one week before returning item to us.
When standard delivery is used, we do not take responsibility if the item is not delivered. A proof of postage will be given upon request.
 
NON  DELIVERED  GOODS
If your order has not been delivered, we reserve the right to ask you to wait 14 working days before we re-dispatch the order to you.We re-dispatch orders only when an item is undelivered when Tracked delivery is used. Standard delivery orders are not insured and we take no responsibility if undelivered.
 

RETURNS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your item(s), you may return it to us within seven days of your original purchase date and we will provide a full refund. All goods must be returned in the same excellent condition as sent out.
